During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, a valid email address or Philippine mobile number, and any other information reasonably requested by svip55 for identity verification purposes.
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the svip55 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. svip55 employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, svip55 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or bonuses, and withhold any balances pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your svip55 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. svip55 will never contact you to request your password through any channel. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are in use will be deemed to have been authorized by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify svip55 immediately via the live chat support function.
svip55 is required to conduct Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit copies of a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, or UMID), proof of residential address, and proof of ownership of your registered payment method. Verification is mandatory before processing your first withdrawal and may be requested at any time at svip55's discretion.

svip55 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods for Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers to and from major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits are also accepted. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
svip55 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via credit cards for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations. Cryptocurrency transactions of any kind are not accepted on the svip55 Platform.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though enhanced due diligence may apply to large transactions in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification as described in Section 3.4. Once verification is complete, GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically settled within the same business day. svip55 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. svip55 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal where svip55 reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
svip55 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the time of each offer, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (for example, a 20x wagering requirement on a ₱500 bonus means you must wager a total of ₱10,000 before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable). Wagering contributions vary by game type and are published in the applicable promotion terms.
Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. svip55 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Players who have opted out of marketing communications may not receive notification of available promotions but may still be eligible to claim them through the Promotions section of the Platform. Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements have been met.
Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using automated software to meet wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers — will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent exclusion from the svip55 Platform.
Players may always choose to decline a bonus before it is credited to their account. Playing without a bonus does not affect your withdrawal speed or account standing in any way.
All games on the svip55 Platform that rely on random outcomes use a certified Random Number Generator ("RNG"). The RNG is independently tested and certified by a recognized third-party testing laboratory to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random, unpredictable, and not influenced by any external factor, including the size of a player's bet or the outcome of previous rounds.
svip55 publishes the theoretical Return to Player ("RTP") percentage for each game in the game's information panel within the Platform. RTP figures represent the long-term statistical average payout across a large number of game rounds and do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual session or player.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error that affects the outcome or settlement of a game round, svip55 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the player's account. svip55 is not liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the refund of the affected wager. The decision of svip55's technical team regarding the outcome of any disputed game round is final.
Each game available on the svip55 Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing a wager. Ignorance of game-specific rules does not constitute grounds for a refund or dispute.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the svip55 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
All content on the svip55 Platform — including but not limited to the svip55 brand name and logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, user interface designs, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of svip55 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of svip55.
Any unauthorized use of svip55's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.
svip55 endeavors to maintain continuous availability of the Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, or circumstances beyond svip55's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service disruptions, power outages, natural disasters, or acts of government.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, svip55 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, even if svip55 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
svip55's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your svip55 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You acknowledge and accept that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose some or all of the funds you deposit and wager on the Platform. svip55 is not responsible for any financial losses you incur through gambling on the Platform. You agree to gamble only with funds you can afford to lose.

svip55 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
svip55 implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. Player funds are held in segregated accounts separate from svip55's operational funds. svip55 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
svip55 may be required to disclose player information to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or financial intelligence units in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing laws. Such disclosures will be made in compliance with applicable legal requirements.

Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms, svip55 reserves the right to void any pending bets, forfeit any bonus balances, and withhold any funds pending investigation. Where no breach is found following investigation, any legitimate balance will be returned to your verified payment method. Termination of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the svip55 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with svip55 through our internal complaints procedure. To submit a complaint, contact our support team via live chat or by email at the address provided in Section 15. svip55 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and endeavor to provide a substantive response within 14 business days.
svip55 operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation ("PAGCOR"). Players who are not satisfied with the outcome of svip55's internal complaints procedure may escalate their complaint to the relevant regulatory authority in accordance with applicable procedures.
svip55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, svip55 will notify registered players by posting a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address or mobile number registered to your account. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the svip55 Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.1.
